1988 Topps Fright Flicks Trading Cards In the 80�s trading cards were super rad! As a kid I never saw the �collectible� value in anything, monetary or sentimental, I just wanted stuff because I thought it was awesome and unfortunately barely any of that stuff made the journey with me into adulthood. I kick myself often for only hanging on to a handful of things. For my Birthday recently (Ive been kickin it since 82), I got a box of 1988 Fright Flicks trading cards. Its pretty awesome because it features a mix of old school horror films. With Freddy being the host, its a good mix of gore and comedy. My love of Monsters and Horror began as a kid in the 80�s shortly after discovering A Nightmare on Elm Street. The set has a total of 101 cards. The base set has 90 cards. Done in a similar style to the companys earlier Youll Die Laughing and Creature Feature sets, Topps Fright Flicks makes horror fun. It doesnt hold back on the gore and it balances it with cheesy, groan-worthy captions. Fro...
